All students will be required to fill in a registration form before taking part in classes.

 

The year will be divided into six terms to coincide with school terms where possible.

 

Fees for each term are to be paid in advance by the first day of term and any late fees will incur a £10 admin fee.

 

Students must give a full term’s notice in writing of their intention to leave and will be liable for fees unless this notice is received.

 

If a student is absent for three consecutive weeks without notice it will be understood that they no longer wish to retain their place.

 

Students will be given four weeks from joining to obtain the full uniform as specified and should wear this uniform at every session.

 

All students must appear neat and tidy for class, hair must be tied back and jewellery must be kept to a minimum.

 

Students are responsible for their own personal possessions and no responsibility can be taken for lost items.

 

Classes can be extremely physical and we cannot be held responsible for injuries suffered although our aim is to teach students how to avoid physical

stresses and strains.

 

It should also be understood that teachers may have to touch students in order to correct their stance.

 

There will always be a qualified first-aider in attendance.

 

All our staff are CRB checked and these checks may be inspected on request.
